Preheat oven to 350*
Place salmon steaks on 2 pieces of foil.
Spoon on 2 tablespoons unsalted Caper.
Next, lay a couple of sprigs of fresh dill
Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Wrap tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes depending on how thick your steaks are.
Serve over Rice Pilaf for a delicious dinner.
