Broccoli and Mandarin Orange Salad


  • 3/4 Cups of Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup of sugar
  • 4 Teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 Cups broccoli florets
  • 1 Small red onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 Cups of dried cranberries
  • 1 (11 ounce) can Mandarin oranges, drained


Whisk mayo, sugar and vinegar together. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion and cranberries. Pour the mayo dressing over the veggies and toss to coat. Stir in the oranges. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
