Broccoli Salad with Vinaigrette

Broccoli Salad with Vinaigrette


  • 2 cups broccoli florets in bite size pieces
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • ¼ cup finely diced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pecans


    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Red Wine vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Salad: Layer all side by side on a platter. Drizzle with the vinaigrette.

Vinaigrette: Mix all ingredients together. I use a ½ pint Mason jar and just shake a few times.
