Coleslaw

This is the recipe I used when we had our café. There was never anything left on a plate.

Ingredients

  • 12 Cups of shredded cabbage
  • 2 Cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 and1/4 Cups mayonnaise

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Pour over vegetables, stir and chill for at least 4 hours.
