- 12oz Bag of fresh whole cranberries
- 1 Cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons grated orange peel (about 2 oranges)
- ¾ Cups orange juice
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Put all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil- stirring occasionally.
Simmer uncovered for approximately 30 minutes or until thickened and cranberries have burst.
Cool and refrigerate.
