CREAM CHEESE BALL

This is a quick and easy appetizer that stores well. Serve with your favorite crackers or can be made into little tea sandwiches.

Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

1T. mayo

1T. sweet relish

1T. chopped Spanish olives

1 small jar dried beef

Instructions

Chop the dried beef into small cubes and lay out on a piece of plastic wrap.

In a bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Form into ball and place on top of the beef. Wrap the ends of the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
