Dried Tomato Pasta


  • 1 pound of your favorite pasta
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cups dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Fresh Basil, optional


Cook 1 pound of your favorite pasta (we like spaghetti) according to package directions. Do not drain.

In a skillet, add 2 cups of dried tomatoes with olive oil. Make sure the bottom of the pan is covered with olive oil. Mince 2 cloves of garlic into the tomato pan. Heat through. Add the pasta to the tomatoes and stir to coat. Top with shredded parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

What a quick and easy meal.

*You can also buy dried tomatoes in the grocery.
