Dried Tomatoes

I dry our cherry tomatoes in the summer. Seems like they come on all at once. It’s so easy to do in the oven.

Instructions

Slice the tomatoes in half and arrange them on a parchment lined baking pan. Set the oven to 250* and bake for 2-3 hours until they look somewhat dried. Once they have cooled, put them in a mason jar and cover with olive oil. They will keep for a long time.
