Irish Cream Cake

This cake has been a hit every time I have served it. You can use any type of Irish Cream from the liquor store of you can use homemade.


1(18.25) Devils food cake mix

1(3.9) Instant chocolate pudding

1 cup Irish Cream

1t. cinnamon

½ cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 3/4 cups white chocolate chips



1t. butter

1 1/2 cups icing sugar

2T milk

2T Irish cream


Combine cake mix, pudding and cinnamon in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the Irish cream, oil, eggs, and sour cream. Pour this bowl into larger bowl. With hand mixer on medium speed, mix all ingredients together. Stir in white chocolate chips.

Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.

Baked at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Melt butter and combine the rest of the topping ingredients.

Drizzle over top of the cake.

Slice and serve with a splash of Irish cream.
