Mushroom Swiss Burgers


  • 1 Pound of 80/20 ground beef
  • 8 Ounces sliced button mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 3-4 Slices Swiss cheese
  • Buns


Form beef into 3 or 4 patties, salt and pepper

Saute mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter

Grill burger to your liking, top with mushrooms and cheese.

Let the cheese melt and put on a toasted bun. EAT UP!
